leg cramps

I remember reading something about leg cramps but can't remember what it said. I have been getting horrible leg cramps at night that go away but if I put my foot on a certain position or are standing it comes back just not as pain full. Any advice?

Cold water helps but though it will stop hurting you'll be a bit swollen

I have heard to make sure you get plenty of potassium and it will keep them from coming on so strong

You should stretch during the day. Allot. Exercise an stretching helps allot with back pain, leg pain, Abdominal pain an when baby comes if you stretched during the pregnancy it will be a bit easier Pushing the baby out.
