I have panic attacks as well and I also notice an increase in pregnancy.. I would talk to my doctor as soon as possible because they will know what kind of medications may help you ans what is safe during pregnancy. I would say just try to stay calm etc but those of us with anxiety know that just doesnt work! I am not currently on any medication and I have learned that r me the anxiety levels out after the first trimester so I'm hoping I can cope a few more weeks. Good luck and hugs to u! Ur not alone!

I also suffer from anxiety and panic disorder... When pregnant, I seem to notice huge increase in all around panic. I sometimes wake up from dead sleep already in the middle of a full attack. I wish I had some advice on what can help, but the only way mine get better is zoloft, but that now has been linked to birth defects and I am just not taking that risk again. One way I have really been trying is long brisk walks, they seem to clear my mind before bedtime. Good luck.
