sex?

Can sex cause a miscarriage? Im 12w1d and we had sex last night idk if im being paranoid i just worry something bad might happen. I have no bleeding but a little bit of pressure under my tummy.  I do get the occasional cramping even without sex. Im told thats normal cause everything is stretching and moving from baby growing.

I was told a little spotting after sex was normal, and sex is safe throughout pregnancy. However she told me if I bled heavy or heavier than spotting to call.

My doctor told me that it's perfectly safe throughout pregnancy. But I also have a normal healthy pregnancy. My doctor did tell me too report any bleeding to them if it does happen. In weeks 5-7 I had some spotting after. So I asked my fiance if we could wait until I was comfortable with it again. I'm 13 weeks now and we do quite frequently now. But nothing extremely rough. If it's ever uncomfortable I tell him. I think the best thing is just to communicate those things with your partner. Congrats and good luck (:
