belly pains help please

I'm 34 weeks pregnant with first baby and just whant to ask is it normal to have lots of sharp pains in my belly nere the bottom.

I'm 34 weeks as we'll with my first baby and I have sharp pains in my vaginal area almost every night. It almost feels like the baby is tugging on something . It's very painful. My doctor said it's normal as the baby is moving around, and as long as there is no bleeding everything is fine :) hope this helps !
