Castor oil anyone???

I want this baby out, I've been taking evening primrose oil daily and had one day of bad contractions. I walk so much everyday....I'm considering castor oil, I read the medical reasoning behind why "they say" it works....I'm getting desperate. My doctor has me on standby for an elective induction at my hospital, so I've been waiting 2 days for them to have room....I'm about ready to try it my way. Has anyone else tried castor oil? What was your experience

I had tried castor oil with my previous pregnancies. It tastes absolutely disgusting and did nothing but give me stomach aches, not contractions

I did and I had really painful contractions that night but they were not regular then a really bad diarrhea I could not sleep all night and all for nothing didn't open 1 cm. I'm 39 weeks and 1 day today and nothing has happened for me yet.
