Please tell me someone has been in my position?

I am 39+4, I went to the doctor today and 0 dilation! I have literally tried everything but castor oil. It is not even about my comfort. My husband is off work until the 21st, I just want to be able to have a week together (while we can)! Is there anyone else who is this far and not dilated? So discouraged

I had nothing with my first for ages. Only sign was a lost mucus plug but that was at 41+1 weeks, and baby came 3 days later...

ME!! I'm 38 weeks today. I went to the doctor and no dialation at all! Only 75% effaced. I've been having tons of BH and pressure daily for two weeks but seriously no painful pain. Just discomfort. I totally feel your frustration! :(

Yea it can be frustrating!! I'm beyond frustrated & find myself getting snappy with people because of the aches and pain !! But soon enough it'll all be over! I was hoping my little girl came before her brother started school this past Tuesday but nope, she decided not to !! I just try to remind myself to enjoy every second of pregnancy even the rough part because I don't plan on having anymore after this .

I have been 3cm for over a week and no progress so it's better to not be in pain with no progress than to be in pain with no progress !! Lol good luck I'm sure your little one will surprise you !!
