Earliest symptoms for me were sore nipples and tender breasts, implantation spotting, and fatigue. Then came the lovely gas and constipation right around the time I found out I was pregnant (first day of missed period). Boobs started getting a little bigger a little at a time. I'm just now getting a some nausea at 5 1/2 weeks.
