feeling really down?

I'm 6 months today and for the past few days I've felt really down and can't seem to snap out of it. Is this common?? I have been nauseated for the past 2 days too and just feeling all around Bleh.. And lately I've been like Sooo hungry. Maybe it's me trying to eat my feelings lol.. But I have a healthy baby everything going alright other than this feeling. :/ anyone experience these low times too?? I feel rly lazy and sometimes like I won't be a good mother and I'll mess up.  Idk. I love love her so much already tho!! I just don't have energy to do anything these past few days.. I usually work about 50hrs a week and never call out. I've missed the last 2 days bc of feeling like this

I am there right now. No energy and I'm kinda freaking out knowing nothing will be the same. And I feel kinda trapped in my life. I love my little girl already but I think the realization of the responsibility finally is sinking in. I love my husband and my baby I'm just 23 and feel like its going to fast. Getting scared.
