I've been taking benadryl since day 1 because I read it was safe somewhere that it was safe during pregnancy. I usually take it for allergies or to sleep. It is not everyday, though more frequently lately. I am worried though because I just had a friend tell me it's only safe after the 1st trimester. Is that true? Does anyone know?
