Braxton Hicks HURT!

Anyone having Braxton hicks pain? What is the normal length Of time that they last? I've been timing them and they range from 1 minute to 5 minutes in length. I started having them a few weeks back. I don't always have them everyday. Today they really hurt! Please share your experiences with them.

Mine don't hurt quite so much as they do feel completely bizarre. It's almost like that painful tingle you get when your foot falls asleep, combined with my entire stomach getting hard and stiff for 45 seconds or so.

I have them a lot. =/ but they only last 30-45 secs at the most.

Thanks ladies! It's intense and makes me want to get in the fetal position but my belly is to large at this point lol!

They are definitely uncomfortable.  I think each person is different.  I have some that hurt enough to hold my breath or try not to move, then I have some that are just pressure. I will say the generally do not last longer than a few min. 5 is a little much.  I would definitely mention it to your doctor :)

Mine always hurt worse than labor but I'm not normal I think
