Due on the 18!!
Well I'm due in 12 days! I have an appointment Wednesday (39 week mark) hoping the little man comes soon! I had sons cramp like pains today I'm assuming are Braxton hicks and have had a hell of a time sleeping... Anything I can do to sleep better? What about the pains? Also what things usually happen during a 39 week appointment?
Normally just check your fundal height, and if you've dilated or effaced at all. Theg check baby's heart rate and some offer membrane sweeps if you'd like one
I'm due on the 16th n same here its getting more n more uncomfortable to sleep just lay on ur sides me personally like to sleep mostly on my stomach my sides hurt me n on back I can't breathe...pain just do breathing techniques
