Dizziness and shaking

I've noticed if I drink or eat a lot of sugar or don't have any sugar at all I get really dizzy and my hands start to shake. I can barely stand and feel like I'm going to pass out. What should I try to prevent this from happening?

I was tested for both and nothing showed up. My doctor thinks it's from the heat but even if it's not hot I still get dizzy.

Same here!  I'd tell your doctor asap so they can test your blood sugar levels!

I was getting this, and I thought it was gestational diabetes... Midwife thought it also might be related to my low blood pressure or blood sugar. Went and got tested and I didn't have GD but I did have no iron. So dizziness was from low iron combined with low bp. I was always worst after breakfast or if I did too much physically. Go and get tested if you can, best to know for sure instead of guessing!
