anyone swelling yet???

I live in Washington state and it's pretty comfortable outside, I work in an office, so I sit at a desk and my ankles are swelling, heaven forbid I stand or walk around for longer than 30-45 minutes. I drink iced water plenty and I don't have a high salt intake....anyone else??

I live in Washington too. Just my feet and ankles are a little swollen but it's always pretty cool here.

I live in Virginia and my hands have been swelling the past week or so :( my feet usually don't unless I'm walking for an extended period luckily.

I live in Colorado and drink lots and lots of water. I've also noticed slight swelling in my ankles when I sit for long periods of time. I've found that putting my feet up helps a lot. You may also want to try some compression stockings

I also live in Washington and I have none to little swelling. But, I do a lot of ABC with my feet to keep them free of swelling.
