Gassy throughout day?

I am 10 weeks pregnant and I have been constantly burping and farting is this normal and is anyone else going through this?

I found ginger tea helps a little with gas. I always have trapped gas that hurts like crazy too. And laying on my left side helps

Has anyone found gas relief? My stomach hurts so bad from the gas that it makes me feel like ill have diarrea:(

I have gas so bad I can't hold it in. My kids and hubby run when I say I am gassy.

I am have the exact same problem! I'm 11 weeks 1 day andcant help but burp all day and fart and the sad part is I can't even hold them in lol they just come out! It's hilarious just part of the entire experience I guess :)

Embrace it lol burping and farting are normal i belch like its my job now haha very normal to be gassy with pregnancy!:)
