Same here, but I've put on some weight during the holidays, so I guess my weight is just normalising now :)

I switched to only water and in 2 weeks i have lost 4 lbs. I get full alot faster than i used to so i figure that has alot to do with it. Before i drank most of my calories everyday. So its alot less calories I'm taking in.

I am a dietitian and my guess is you're not eating as much. In pregnancy you get full very quickly due to the hormone that slows down digestion. Hence bloating and constipation. You're eating less calories.

The reason you may be losing weight is that pregnancy speeds up your metabolism cause your body is working hard making that little human being :)

It won't hurt anything at all to lose weight do not worry you are just fine :) I was lucky and lost 12 pounds in the beginning and didn't gain until I was about 26 weeks and in the end I only gained 15 pounds, my son was perfectly healthy. There isn't a reason to worry as long as you are eating and drinking just fine :) and if your dr tells you to gain some

You said you are eating but then you said you are only drinking water?
If you not eating a lot, you can lose weight in the beginning (1st trimester). Later on you will start to put on lbs. or doctor can help with that. Try to eat small nutritious meals/snacks though and take your prenatal vitamins!
