Morning sickness tips!

Just thought id share my tips in the hope it'll help others. I had severe morning sickness and 24/7 nausea. First tip... if u cant get out of bed ask for help from your gp. I got cyclizine... perfectly ok for baby but may make you feel sleepy (was welcome in my book!). Second...if you can't stomach liquid and therefore keep hydrated try sparkling water! Add a little juice and sip slowly through the day. Burping helps ease the crampy hunger pangs. Also try watermelon. Its very healthy for baby and hydrates you perfectly as well as repressing morning sickness. You can freeze the juice too and make ice pops! Speaking of which any juice pop is soothing and hydrating. Thirdly, try a wafer based biccie before eating anything more substantial. It'll soak up the bile and help you determine if you feel ok to proceed with your meal. Fourthly, if you feel like you're gonna be sick - be sick! Being sick on an empty stomach works best! Its hard work but again you might find the yellowy bile come up alone and you feel instant relief as opposed to forcing down food then throwing it all back up. Good luck everyone. Im 9 weeks and the sickness has subsided. I no longer take the cyclizine and cope on the other tips. Love love
