Here's what I did today. Inserted two evening primrose oil pills around 11am. Around 2pm I ate a sandwich with banana peppers and jalapeño. And 6 I ate fresh pineapples like two pieces. At 7 I did nipple stimulatatiom for like 15 minutes then my water broke. Baby had a bowel movement:(
