No breaks & No ac

So my employer has never given us our 10-15 min or lunch breaks. Which I didn't completely mind...before I got pregnant. But now with 6 weeks to go & using the restroom every 30 min & no one else working with me for an entire 8 hr shift I'm starting to get a little frustrated. The buildings ac has been broken 75% of the summer & now whenever I work customers complain about what I'm wearing. But I'm sorry, I'm not getting all dressed up to work by myself for 8 hrs sweating like a man. Is there anything I can do to report the company or can I just tell them I refuse to work until conditions improve? Mind you, our building only has 8 employees.

Ask your doctor to give you restrictions. By now it should b very easy to get them even with a healthy pregnancy

Do you have a union? That's where you'd normally report things like that...
