Pain all over abdominal area?

I woke up with a dull pain in my abdominal area at 2am this morning. I was concerned because it lasted a few minutes. I'm 20 weeks on Friday and im thinking it was round ligament pain? Anyone else had any pain that is achy almost like gas pains? Ive one only had pain one other time and it wasn't as painful.

This happened to me the other day/night. I went in and was tested for uti and contractions. I also had my cervix checked. It turns out I just had really bad radiating back pain.

Thank you for responding! Im a ftm and this pain was a little different then normal. Everything has been fine today!

Iv had a few pelvic pains like strong sharp cramps. Its causes by ur pelvic stretching to make room for baby :)
