Proactiv+

is it ok to use proactiv+ cleansing body bar with salicylic acid acne treatment?

I use Clearasil body wash morning/night. Watch out for acne medication, there are a lot of things you shouldn't use (I think salicylic acid was a no). Rx acne medication can also be dangerous to also fetus (even some topical). Retinol is also also no.

I too loved proactive it was the only thing that actually worked regardless of what maximbady thinks. However, everything I've read say salicylic acid is bad for pregnancy along with a long list of other acne treatments. I've been using very gentle cleansing soaps, no leave on lotions or other products. Mine is out of control too but I just have to live with it, the baby is more important plus I'm pretty good with makeup. I did read that the proactive mask is ok, so I've used that twice now once every week or two weeks.

Ok well what could i use to help get it under control then. I mean its not horribly but its a really big bother

Proactive  is bad for your skin stop using  it
