My doctor advised nasal spray was best. She also stared I could take mucinex and sudafed.
I caught a cold a couple weeks ago and I called my doctor about chest congestion. My doctor said mucinex was fine. I didn't want to take anything if I didn't have to but I got desperate. I was just too miserable. I don't know if it's the same kind of mucus for you but I hope it gets better!

l'm dealing with mucus stuffed in my throat. Not only is annoying, but also disgusting. My doctor says is not healthy for a pregnant woman to take anything for it. l just have drink a lot of fluids and it will gi away, he said. Well, is not working for me. And the more a throw up, the worse it gets. l'm calling him on Monday cause l can't take it anymore.
