I'm about 9 weeks and I have very little symptoms.  Tender breasts if I touch them, fatigue and hunger.  If finally see the doc on Monday, hopefully everything is okay!

The cramping and spotting stopped? That's very good. Definitely get checked out though. They'll probably wanna do a couple blood tests 3 days apart to test and see if the hcg levels are going up. In my case, my spotting turned to bleeding and cramping and I miscarried before I even got the test results back. :-( my spotting was continuous from about the time I found out I was pregnant. Mild cramping is common cause the uterus is getting ready for the baby. Spotting, I hear is common. I talked to 5 or 6 people in the matter of a couple days that said they spotted or bled during their first trimester and did fine, and then I went and miscarried. It all depends I guess. Good luck!!! <3 :-)
