Does anyone know how to help nausea that occurs at anytime of the day? Im constantly feeling nauseous & preggy pops aren't really working anymore.

Hard candies are the only thing that worked for me, mostly sugar free jolly ranchers.

I am not vomitting but I am getting nausea after anything I eat... Or heartburn. I take two tums and try to get through it. I am a full time student and mommy so it is tough. I found that small meals several times a day help a lot if I eat a large portion I am going to get sick and feel way worse.

I have tried prescription and it made me sicker. Cannot drink water at all and am getting extremely tired of soda but it's the only thing settles my stomach. can't eat anything sweet either. Sugar free peppermint gum and altoids provide temporary relief but I just suck it up and lay in misery Any more....

I have given up trying to stop feeling nauseous. It helps a little when I eat small amounts of food, but comes back pretty quick and lasts all day. I'm almost 11 weeks so I'm just hoping it leaves in the 2nd trimester!

I try and eat something pretty often but not anything sugary (that made it worse). Also water with lots of lemon helps me. Something about the sour without the sugar usually calms my stomach down long enough to eat a few crackers or some fruit.

That sickness hit me at 6 weeks until almost 9 weeks. I was throwing up about every hour.... the onky thing that helped me was to eat a little something at least every 2 hours. Like toast, muffins, fruit, saltines, spoonful of peanut butter ect.

Eat something small for relief. An empty stomach will make it worse.

Mints work for me. When ever I feel nauseous I just pop a mint in my mouth!

Sour candies. Gummy worms, bears, straws.. Anything. I chew on them until they lose their sour taste. You can also dilute cranberry juice with water, or any other 100 percent juice if that helps.

Good luck!
