What made you throw up? I go in tomorrow for my 3 hour test. I have to fast starting at 10 pm and can't eat till after my last blood draw tomorrow around 11am. I've eaten protein and veggies all day. I would kill for some naughty carbs.

Maybe just assume that you DO have it. You can go on the GD diet plan (it's a really good nutritious diet that would benefit ANY pregnant woman) and you do 30 mins of exercise a day. It's pretty simple. That's how they treat the average GD case but I've half followed the diet anyway even though I don't have GD, as it makes me feel a lot better.
