smoking problems

I found out I was pregnant 3weeks ago and I'm now 9weeks . I'm a smoker and I know it's bad. I really wanna quit. Has anyone got any good advice of how to? I hate this addiction and I really don't want it to harm my baby. It's my first pregnancy

I also switched to an e-cigg. You can get juice that has 0mg nicotine. Basically just smoking flavor! Its not easy but having my ecigg makes it sooo much better than having nothing at all. And you will be so proud when you realize how long you have gone with out a cigarette

I was a smoker, but I was able to quit due to the nausea. Maybe that will help you.

I'm starting from today wish me luck. It's because I have lots of people around me who are smokers, but I won't let it get to me no more. Baby comes first!

First of all Congratulations!!!
Second, I know you are not asking for a lecture on all the risks of what smoking could do to the health of your baby but definitely ask your Doctor what smoking cessation programs are available to you. You may find others in your same boat. But the earlier you do it the BETTER for you and your baby who is now about the size of a cherry! =)
