I had a lower left abdominal pain for the first week (week 4) i haven't noticed it for two days but im afarid im only five weeks no symptoms... also slight cramps last about ten seconds no bleeding any one else experiencing pains?

My nurses told me too not worry about cramping unless it is severe or there is also heavy bleeding. Your body is adjusting to holding a pregnancy and your uterus is expanding.
