I need help my breast are so sore and tender that it's starting to bput me in tears. What are some things other already mom's and mommy to be's did to help the pain
Nursing bras with good support and NO wire. Wire presses into the lower milk glands and can cause pain. Good luck! <3
I feel you on the sore boobs. I am SO there. I went and bought stretchy sports bras. That has been about the only thing that helps me. I've been told (haven't tried) that massaging them helps. Maybe try a nice warm bath? Sorry ur in pain :(
