whats going on? !
Im 24 weeks today and 2 days ago I experienced what Im guessing were braxton hicks? My belly kept tightening and id get sharp pains on my lower tummy which spread to my back and my back hasnt stopped hurting since. Its in the middle of my back mainly on my spine, I feel winded. The pain hurts so bad I cant get comfortable anymore, I stand up it hurts, any way I turn when I lay down it hurts. I've also noticed decrease in movement from my little girl since thats happened. It would feel like a war down there day and night but now I only feel light kicks when I press my hand down on my tummy. Ive also been having nose bleeds and I hardly got them before. Im really trying to keep myself from freaking out and I cant go to the doctor cause my insurance was giving me a hard time so I switched and now I have to wait to recieve my card and if I go to the ER theyd charge me an arm and a leg.. has anyone experienced this or have any advice?
