yellow mucas

Im 7 weeks an i dont have bad morning sickness but when i wake up every morming while getting ready for work i throw up like yellow mucas stuff . Then after tbat im fine the rest of the day . Do you think if i eat before i go to sleep or while in bed it would cut out the little vomiting i do get? An if so what are some food you would suggest?

Same here. I try to eat something like a rice cake before I get out of bed and before bed. Basically I try to take little bites all night long while I'm up and down not sleeping.

No i just cant stomach it.. i do eat dry crackers for nausea throughout the day but not first thing. It strange its just like bile, glad im not alone!

Are you eating anything like when your in bed ? I just hate that feeling.  Its like as soon as i get up i feel sick .

Hi im 8 weeks 3days & i am exactly the same every morning. Apart from at night i feel really nauseas i feel ok the rest of the time also!
