Rest as much as possible. Hold a pillow tight to the incision sight whenever you move, especially when coughing or sneezing. Trust me it hurts like heck! Try sleeping on the couch sitting up so that when you have to get up you don't use your stomach muscles as much. During the csection you won't feel much just some pressure and a lot of tugging and pulling. Afterwards you'll be really shaky from the meds. Don't worry, it's normal. Hope this helped.
