Beating Nausea - First Trimester

So its begun. Im coming on 6 weeks and past 3 mornings have woken up early because of nausea and runs to the bathroom. I feel queasy throughout the day as if my stomach is about to turn. If this is only the beginning, I need tips to beat it. Thanks mommas.

Somebody recommended ginger - ginger and lemon tea, ginger in cold/hot water, ginger cookies. Works very well for me.

Every pregnancy is different. I'm on my 3rd one now and am usually always sick lol. But my fail proof morning trick had been ginger ale (in a can) and saltines with peanut butter. If nothing helps then drink Capri Sun at least that taste the same coming up as it does going down lol you'll learn what not to eat like broccoli blah good luck

Thanks @glitzylippy I thought of your comment today (it was my worst yet) and grabbed some juice mid-afternoon. Feels good in the moment but wears off quick :( packing extra snacks and carbs for tomorrow to see if that helps too...
I used to carry a pack of Jaffa cakes in my handbag lol It was the only thing I could keep down until around week 16. Just try lots of different things till you find the one that works for you x
