Measuring small at 31 weeks

Hi, I'm 31 weeks and 2 days and found out at today's ultrasound that my baby's tummy is measuring only 28 weeks and leg bone (femur I think) around 29. His head and one other measurement are around 30 which are fine, but the others put him overall in the 8th percentile and looking more than 2 weeks behind in growth. Have any seasons moms experienced such delayed growth at this point? He's breech too, so they say position and the fact that I was a small baby (a little over 5lb) and am a small adult (5'4, 110) could be contributors, but I'm so so worried now. Any advice?

You could be measuring small because baby is tucked back into your spine rather than put the front. I always measure big (1-3cm) but my girls have each been 1 week late and 8lb.
