Anyone else experiencing sensory overload?

I am currently 5 weeks pregnant with my second child and since yesterday I have been extremely hot and have had all the AC is on and my husband says that it's cold but I just can't seem to cool off. And I'm having a crazy strong sense of smell my skin is radiating some funny smell to me like as if I ate a lot of garlic and it's coming out of my skin or something and my husband also says he smells nothing. I never experienced this with my first pregnancy this is insane anybody else having any of these issues?

Yes! That was one of my first clues that something was 'off'. On Sunday even my dh and 2yr old were playing with her new Duplos set, and the sound they made felt like it was stabbing me! It started to make me feel like I was going to puke, I had to leave the room and go lay down. Never had anything like that happen before, it was so strange. When I was pregnant with my daughter I developed a superhuman sense of smell, thankfully that has not kicked in yet!
