I'm 13 weeks and am already experiencing sciatic nerve pain. It's mainly in my left butt cheek and upper thigh. I work 12 hours shifts on my feet, 3 days a week, which doesn't help. What can I do to help with this?
Theres stretches you can do. Ive had on and off butt and back pain (11+3 currently). But I try to do my full body stretch most mornings and that helps.
