Can the baby's heart stop beating in the womb and you won't bleed? Or do you  always bleed if the baby passes in the womb?

No u don't always bleed if something goes wrong. In 2009 I lost my 1st son at 25 weeks... I went to my sonogram an his heartbeat was gone but they never could tell me why... but I wouldn't worried urself u r still very early. I hope this answers your question.

Not always. It's called a missed miscarriage.
