Yes now. Try taking them in afternoon or evening. Mornings are usually the worst time of day to try to keep something down. The nature made is good. The one a day is two pills and not always ideal as prenatals are bigger pills. I have difficulty swallowing the pills so I take the gummy vitamins but with those you have to supplement your diet to make up for the lack of nutrients.
Do I Start Taking them Now?
Take Women's One A Day Prenatal Vitamins. It's in a purple box and it has folic acid.

You need more than folic acid. Your body is using extra blood and needs more iron to make it etc. You need more calcium. Any prenatal vit should have what you need but I dont consider them all equal. I've found through my pregnancies that the best prenatal all around is nature made liquid gels with dha. They care highly recommended, easy to swallow, liquid gels are much easier to digest than solids which also makes them better for not causing nausea esp if your already suffering from morning sickness etc. You Can get them at any grocer in the vit dept and aren't terribly expensive about 20$ for a 3 month supply. I had tried a couple store brands cheap vit etc they all made me puke and I hated them these have by far been the best I've come across. Plus I did a lot of reading about vit and these made it in the top 10 prenatal vit list only after organic and vegan vits.
All brands should have folic acid and that's #1 thing to look for. It will say on the ingredients "folic acid"
Im taking the generic brand of one a day prenatal and my doctor said it was okay just to take them everyday:)
