morning sickness

Hi, it's my first time being pregnant. I am 19 years old and excited about bringing new life in this world. I am 7weeks and 4 days pregnant. I am always tired and have the need to throw up from the time I get out of bed till early in the afternoons. I am feeling helpless. What can I do ? I am really fed up of throwing up nearly anything also i lost 1kg since i knew i am pregnant. Which was almost 2 weeks ago. What can i do?

I threw up for the first 2 trimesters, even had trips to hospital for iv. Lost 15 kilos all together. Honestly i wish I could tell you about some magical cure that makes it all go away but for me nothing helped at all. Like prev poster said if it continues and youve tried ginger tea, vit b6, morning sickness tablets, eating crackers before moving in morning, eating smaller meals more often  you can only see ur doctor to get anti nausea tablets. These alsp didnt work for me but do wonders for other women. Hope it passes for u soon. Best of luck. Xx

You can try eating bland foods, tums, & if none of that works talk to your doctor they will prescribe an anti nausea. I had morning sickness for the first 15 weeks! Hopefully it goes away for you sooner! Good luck(:
