You can do any exercise you were doing before you got pregnant. Some women who were body builders keep lifting heavy weights! Please check with your dr first bit that's what my dr said. I've been lifting weights and have kept my wrought down and feel great!
It's fine to go to the gym, I'm 12weeks 4days & ftm, I was going to the gym before I got pregnant and when I found out still kept going I still. The only thing don't lift weights.

Walking, id think it would be good exercising. Same with few light stretching things I just wouldn't lIft weights or do pulling machines ect
