I've heard just the opposite.  A lot of sickness is hormones which means a girl.  But our bodies are so complicated and every pregnancy is different.  I am supposed to find out the gender on Tuesday from progenity testing.  I'm excited and nervous.  We want a girl.

Symptoms don't determine gender.

It really just depends on the person and their body... I have 3 girls which were first and with each one of them I had no symptoms just craving for freshly cooked potatoes of all kinds and I gained no more than 30lbs with them... Now both of my boys were completely different... I had all kind of symptoms with them: sleeping, nausea, morning sickness etc... And on top of everything I gained over 60lbs with both...
