°☆¤ Long Nights ¤☆°

So these past few days when I TRY to sleep, my nights have felt sooooooooo looooong! Like it feels like my nights will never end! Keep tossing and turning because my hips become sore after laying on one side for too long, maybe 2-4 bathroom stops, and then I just suddenly wake up and can't sleep! It's soo annoying.

Get a snoogle pregnancy pillow,  try something as simple as putting your head at the foot of the bed and feet at the top, make sure you arent doing anything in bed but sleep and sex (example:down watch tv, play on yoir phone, read, etc.) Try a glass of milk before bed, it has l-triptophan (sp?) Same stuff in turkey that makes you sleepy, keep a routine for bed, if you are not sleeping then get up and try again later. Most of these suggestions are ones from my doctor and my mom who is a nurse and from experience.  Good luck!

I'm in the same exact boat. My hips have literally caused my grief since about 18 weeks. Enough pain and discomfort to make me cry. I'm 37 weeks and it's remained the same pain wise. I've completely given up on sleep. I wake every hour to pee and the second I feel I slip into good sleep it's time to adjust due to hip pain or having to pee again. I slept on an air mattress in our spare bedroom for several weeks because it was perfect air pressure on my hips. Now I sleep on my back basically sitting up with a pillow under one hip at a time to keep blood flowing cuz I know sleeping on your back isn't ideal. Needless to say, sleep is beyond challenging so I feel ya sista. Good luck lol. :)
