How long does breast milk last once it's out of the refrigerator

I personally would use it within 24 hours, keep it cool tho  if you are going out

If you are traveling  yes keep it cool. Its good for 24 hours and can be stored in the fridge for 8 days

Once it's taken out the fridge use it immediately! That stuff is liquid gold... you don't want that to go to waste
