I keepa headache during the day and im 11 weeks. This is my first pregnancy and idk what can help my headaches.
Make sure you are driving king nearly a gallon of water every day. Most pregnant women who have frequent headaches are dehydrated. Dehydration can cause miscarriage and early labor. Please be sure you are drinking enough water.
