Okay so im 15wks and haven't been able to have a bowel movement on my own in almost 2weeks, i switched from my regular prenatals to the gummy ones to avoid the extra iron, drink water like a fish, have been eating fiber cookies and crackers 3x a day, take a stool softener morning and afternoon and been drinking juice daily. I have had two previous pregnancies and this was never an issue. Its gotten to the point im having to have enemas 2x a week just to get some relief bc im so bloated and in pain i have loss of appetite. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, i have a 9am appt. Tomorrow with my o.b. where i will be discussing this with her as well.
