This sounds exactly like me! I was wondering why I felt this way and we got our answer at our ultrasound yesterday! We are having twins! Hang in there, get plenty of rest, and drink lots of water!

This was me during my 6 up until my 10 weeks, believe me I know it *****.

What helped me was starting my day with fruit, like a banana or orange to help me have some energy during the day.

I sometimes took naps and just started to go to be earlier, thats really helped.

Drinking lots of water also!

I was told salted crackers and lemonade helps with nausea (:

Aww sorry to hear that first trimester is tough and a biggest pet peve of mine is being in bed!! Lol but for nausea I'd try ginger, I have heard a lot about it, look into it to see which way is best for you. Also try soups with lots of lemon, and try fruits in general are good to boost your immune system and give you energy, good luck with everything!!
