please read need comments for reassurance

I got my mirena taken out 22nd period came the next day august 23-26. I ovulated  sept. 4-7 and was most fertile sept. 6-7 we had sex . week after started just not feeling myself my breasts only started hurting 5 days ago now head aches nausea .
I went to the dr today and got a negative blood test she said wait until the 23-26 of next week if no period still I should take another test ..
Has anyone had a negative test and later found our pregnant ? Was I to early to test .. Just confused

I came off birth control pills and had 2 normal periods then had unprotected and missed next 3 months of periods but only ended up being 4wks. I had 6 negative hpt and one negative blood.  The blood test can pick up a week pregnant but I was only a few days.  I only took another test coz had one left and partner said I was craving weird things but honestly I had pregnancy like symptoms early on but wasn't pregnant.  Here we generally test when 2wks late for period
