Is it okay to drink chamomile tea while pregnant? I have a herbal caffeine free Honey Vanilla Chamomile tea that I absolutely adore. I haven't had much tea other than decaffeinated chai here and there during my pregnancy. I know people say to stay clear of herbs while pregnant but I feel like it's hard to find a tea that isn't herbal or packed with caffiene.

There are only a few herbs that aren't OK. Chamomile is fine in moderation.
