Feeling very sick :(

Not a very good day for me :( I've been feeling really sick and moody. I'm highly irritated and having a difficult time trying to relax. I was eating constantly early this morning, now I don't have an appetite at all. Even when I am a little hungry, I'm still feeling very sick, at times thinking about food makes me feel like I can throw up. I've been trying to snack a little to keep myself from getting too weak. Every other hour I would feel a little better but then I would start feeling worse than before. Right now I am very dizzy, lightheaded, highly nauseous and have a mild headache.

I'm 3 weeks and 6 days. Is it too early for me to be feeling this way? :( Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice?

***also try to snack on saltine crackers and drink a little ginger ale for your upset stomach. Its best to have a pack of crackers ready right when you wake up and to snack on during the day to keep your stomach calm.

I felt just like you in my 1st trimester. I was miserable and it was kind of hard to get rid of but try to soak in a warm bath or something and get in your comfiest clothes and get a cold/hot pack for your headache.. try to take it easy, just take deep breaths and warn people to just let you chill cause your irritated. definitly talk to a doctor if it gets worse though. It might just be stress hun, just sit back and try to relax. Good luck momma!
