30 Days To Go!
So Im 30 days til my due date, which can mean I'll be having a homebirth with my second child anywhere from 16-44 days away! I'm so excited and can't wait for the experience, but I'm also still trying to wrap my head around it all! Sometimes it doesn't quite seem real yet. And it is a little bitter sweet to be spending these last few weeks with our first daughter, knowing its soon about to all change! But we are growing as individuals and as a family and it will be amazing to watch my daughter become a sister and do it all from the comfort of our home! So excited for the homebirth! Anyone else with me?
Awesome! Good luck, my experience in hospital with my first was not great, but it was still the best and most amazing day of my life thus far! I rode out that new mommy high for weeks, so amazed and proud of myself for pushing my baby girl out! It's such an awesome thing! I can only expect this time around to be even more so, bc Ill be on my own turf, birthing on my own terms! Just remember, pushing is the easy part, contractions are far more intense than the actual pushing (atleast in my experience).(:
