My doc says that having a bloody nose and bleeding thru my mouth is normal but I don't know how normal that is. Is anyone experiencing this?

You need to make sure u brush your teeth 3 times a day. Floss everyday and use a mouth wash afterwards. If your toothbrush hurts your gums by a children's one. You have to up your dental hygiene while pregnant or you will bleed.

line the inside of your nose with thin layer of petroleum jelly or waxaline once per day and keep up on water intake. That should slow them. If your nose is pouring blood, take a tiny wad of tp, roll it into a ball (maybe half the size of a pea) and shove it inside your upper lip, (between the lip and teeth) right up against the septum (tissue between the nostrils). But don't put it in the nose..
The blood goes in the mouth during nose bleeds because the nose and mouth are connected as one through the nasopharynx.

It's normal.  Your body is producing more blood to support your baby.  It is not uncommon to have bleeding or nose bleeds.
