That sounds very exhausting! I'm not there yet so I can't fully relate, however I would suggest deep breathing. It can be hard for me to slow my mind down, but concentrating on breathing in 6 counts and out 6 counts for five minutes has helped me to refocus. Doing it regularly can increase your capacity to take in oxygen by 50% which is good for us and our babies. Stress *****...Best of luck!
